• Tumbler Press - 180℃/356℉  60 seconds
• These CAN NOT go into the oven - they have plastic on them, so a press is the only option for sublimation

Can you use these for more than sublimation?
Absolutely, you can personalize these any way you would typically personalize a cup! Vinyl, printable vinyl or epoxy are all great suggestions!
